சர்வதேச மகளிர் தினத்தை தமிழ் ஆசிரியர்கள் உலகத்தமிழ்க் கல்விகழக அலுவலகத்தில் வைத்து கொண்டாடினர். மகளிர் தினம் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்ட விதத்தையும், சாதனைப்படைத்த மகளிர் பற்றிய வரலாற்றை, எதிர்காலத்தில் சாதனை புரியவிருக்கும் அத்துணை மங்கயர்களுக்கும் எடுத்துரைத்து விழா தொடங்கப்பட்டது. அவ்விழாவில் ஆசிரியர்களின் திறனை வெளிக்கொணரும் வகையில் பல்வேறு போட்டிகள் நடத்தப்பட்டன. அப்போட்டிகள் மூலம் மகளிரின் தனித்திறனை அறிந்துகொள்ள முடிந்தது. இறுதியாக பரிசுகள் பல வழங்கி, சிற்றுண்டி உண்டு விழா இனிதே முடிவடைந்தது.

      Tamil teachers at World Tamil Academy celebrated International Women's day. The function began by introducing women's day and the History of the achieved Women for the future achieving women. various Competitions were held in this function for Tamil teachers to bring their individuality due to this competition. Finally, the event happily ended with gift distribution and snacks.
